  2. We welcome readers' submissions for the Amiga Active CD. We would like to
  3. receive programs, games, graphics, animations and musical creations. Do not
  4. send anything unless you have permission to do so. This includes your own
  5. creations if they contain copyrighted material, such as samples of other
  6. music in mods.
  7.  
  8. You may submit your work on disk or via the Internet. Postal
  9. submissions should be sent to

  21.     Amiga floppy disk: 880KB or 1.76MB
  22.     PC floppy disk: 720KB or 1.44MB
  23.     Zip disk: Amiga or PC format
  24.     CD: ISO, Rockridge or Joliet format

  26. If sending floppy disks, please use standard disk formats and do not send
  27. archives created with a backup program. If you send LhA or LZX archives,
  28. make sure you check the archive for corruption before sending. If we cannot
  29. read your disks, your submission will not appear on the CD. All submissions
  30. must be accompanied by the permission statement below.

  33. Internet submissions

  35. The easiest way to upload your work is to pojnt your browser to
  36. http://www.amigactive.com/contacts/cdcontributions.html

  38. Click ion the file upload gadget, select the files and off they go.

  40. Alternatively, you may upload your work to our FTP server. The login details
  41. are as follows:

  45.     Password:   your email address

  47. Each upload must be accompanied by a separate readme file containing your
  48. name, email address, a brief description of your submission and the
  49. permission statement below. For example, if you upload MyProgram.lha and
  50. MyMods.lha you must also upload MyProgram.readme and MyMods.readme. Any
  51. archive uploaded without a readme will not be considered for the CD.
  52. Files may be archived with LZX, LhA, ZIP or tar/gzip (tgz). Please be sure
  53. to check archives for corruption before uploading, if we can't read it we
  54. can't include it.
